156: How do you respond to political nonsense?

EU nonsense
EU nonsense

1) This isn’t necessarily a once in a lifetime vote. Our government have a huge range of rights. You have the right to govern yourself everyday – you follow laws without a policeman standing over you constantly… scaremongering.2) Children’s (it needs an apostrophe).

2) Children’s (it needs an apostrophe). Seriously though, surrendering to a foreign power means that the UK has no government whatsoever and has no power to make laws of its own. Tosh.3) Communal life?! What is that supposed to mean? The UK government set our country’s budget. Local government control planning laws. Our overall resources tend to be controlled by business – depending what you mean. Our borders are controlled by ourselves. Immigration is different from migration. People will be entering the country illegally whether or not we are part of the EU.

4) We elect Members of the European Parliament. They represent us. If you disagree with what they do for you, sticking your fingers in your ears and running away is not the way to deal with it. Starting a dialogue and engaging in the system, is.

5) Nobody -and I mean, nobody – knows what will happen. These are not facts, these are half-baked opinions.
