The Movember thing may not be the best idea I’ve ever had – the inability to actually grow facial hair is causing me issues. However, it isn’t stopping people making donations. Today has been a bumper day for people helping me out, 15 days in.
Two parents from school – both of children I don’t even teach – have given money to my pot. That is something I never expected to happen. Other parents of those in my class have also donated, but one of them I don’t have any contact with whatsoever! I have made a point to email both of them and share my thanks. I can’t explain to them how nice it is of them.
Elsewhere, a caching friend (not just from caching but in actual life too; they just happen to be cachers) has also made a donation tonight, with a promise of further donations being made by their relatives, who also happen to be cachers too!
Yet another cache was found today in the darkness. It isn’t an easy thing to do, but it is becoming easier the more I do.
The rest of the day has been lovely overall. Very little to either be annoyed with or get excited about. Tomorrow is looking like a slightly busy but nice day overall.
