Day 180: British Grand Prix, Saturday

Today was another day at Silverstone. We arrived at the circuit after a tortuous park and ride where the bus broke down en route. However, a flick of a couple of switches and the driver was back on his way.

We made our way to Becketts – a fearsome sequence of corners – at the top end of the circuit for a couple of sessions then we made our way back to Club for the rest of the day after enjoying it so much yesterday.

Two British winners as well to celebrate, Sam Bird in GP2 and Jack Harvey in GP3, along with Lewis Hamilton’s pole position which went down well with the crowds.
