10000 steps, Fitbit, Goal Day 2016

142: How often do you walk 10,000 steps in a day?

I must admit that I don’t reach that target as often as I’d like – usually two or three times a week really. However, today I made a special effort as it was the (I assume) annual FitBit Goal Day.

I have only just managed 10,000 steps. I did have to charge my FitBit half way through the morning though, so would’ve got it sooner. I missed out on a lot of steps while cleaning the house!

It did help that I walked into town and back home, as well as walking to get lunch for me and Mrs Pitts… a lazy evening with friends didn’t help greatly either.

Still, I managed it.
