48: How much work have you done today?

Today has been a work day for me. I have sat at home and got on with things in preparation for the next, incredibly short (at 24 teaching days) half term.

As of now, I have 6 Computing units organised to the point where I know what lessons I am teaching, even if I am not in a position to stand in front of a class and impart that knowledge to children – that point will come over the next couple of days.

I can’t really say I’ve learnt anything, or done much of note. I went for two walks today, meaning I reached my 10,000 step target for the fourth day in a row. It will be a miracle if I reach it tomorrow though.

We have a plasterer coming here over the next few days to put to bed a job that has hung over us for a long time now. Personally, I can’t wait to get that done.
