38: Why does bacon come in rashers, but nothing else does?

I’ve been busy working all day preparing for two observed lessons and trying to come up with 6 different e-safety plans that, ideally, don’t just involve making posters.

I think I’ve done that and I think I’m ready for my head to come and watch me teach. I feel like I am prepared – with the minor exception of having 100 different pieces of card to fold before Tuesday (long story, don’t ask).

On the way home from band, Mrs Pitts was talking about rashes. A friend of ours has not been particularly well today after discovering a rash all over her body. This lead to making a list of rashes. My brain then remembered that bacon comes in rashers and the title question also popped into my thoughts…

Just another Sunday.
