22: What questions are cats asking us?

Once more it seems that a day can’t go by without something being celebrated. Today is “Answer Your Cat’s Questions” Day.

Here is the proof.

So far, Kit has asked:

  • Will you rub my tummy?
  • Where are you going?
  • Am I being fed yet?
  • When will you be home?
  • Are you home yet?
  • Can I sit there?
  • Will you move those for me to sit there?
  • Can I sleep there?

Cats likely think they’re the boss of the house – they are very lucky to be loved, fed and taken care of by us! Less than 1/00th of their body weight is taken up by their brains – we have more than double that.

I guess then that if cats could talk, they might have lots to ask. So why not give them some answers?
