Day 309: Let The Ridicule Commence

Well, the ‘tache isn’t going well. It has always grown slowly and this is just making my point. Pathetic.

Today the growth plan was shared with the parents at school, so I fully expect some comment or other tomorrow. I’m already overwhelmed with a few of the donations my page has received, so thank you to all those that have supported me so far. (Just click the link on the left to join in the fun!)

Work was lovely today, all the things that were annoying me before half term appear to be OK at the moment. Then again, I haven’t really rocked the boat yet either!

Lessons have been going well: Literacy involved children working towards a speaking and listening task, preparing themselves to be recorded later in the week; Maths was about doubling and halving techniques for decimal numbers and numbers over a thousand; and Science in the afternoon introduced the new topic and a little but of water cycle work. A busy day, but a fun one.

After school, we organised our Christmas Carol service which we need to get a move on with really. All will be well.

The geocaching is still going on, we haven’t missed a day in our streak yet – up to 119 consecutive days now. Tomorrow’s is already planned too.
