Day 119: A Bit Of An Odd Day

Yet another strange day. I almost expected it in a way. This week is looking pretty unusual in itself, for many reasons. I’m only in school today and tomorrow, have a course on Wednesday and school is closed on Thursday and Friday – Thursday for polling no reason now that polling has been cancelled, and Friday has been taken for report writing.

Back to today, the children have been in an odd mood today, just irritating each other and causing problems. And not the usual suspects either. Still, a reasonable day. This afternoon was full of goodness – a great discussion about the history of space flight. Many of them were amazed and surprised at the use of animals in such a way, clearly Albert II and Laika have left a mark on history that still strikes a chord today.

After work, I tried to catch up with weekend jobs that I hadn’t completed, and pretty much got there.
