Day 50: Frustration

The title sums up how today has felt.

The vast majority of it was spent sitting around at Dewsbury Hospital waiting to be sent home. Half way through the night, I was moved wards which was confusing and disorientating. I had little pain through the night and hardly any today overall.

My blood tests came back clear, my chest X-Ray was fine and the ECGs I had were normal. Therefore, I have no reason for why I felt like I did. Further tests are planned: I have to spend some time on a treadmill hooked up to a heart monitor at some point and a future appointment with the consultant.

I’m relieved that I’m OK – I’ve never been described as normal before.
