The one quote that I have become to live my life by is one from a former head teacher of mine, who was very fond of saying, “Make it happen.”
You had an idea that he liked, you had to make it happen.
It is such a positive statement and one which places responsibility and trust in people. I really love the sentiment behind it. Whatever you want to get done, make it happen.
