30 Day Song Challenge: Day 19 – Which song would you choose from your favourite album?

I love many albums for different reasons. The Divine Comedy’s A Short Album About Love is brilliant throughout, each track a delight. Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells is great (well, the old side one is anyway – not so keen on part 2). Most of the early Queen albums are good. There are a few Semisonic albums which are mostly brilliant, as are quite a lot of The Beatles’ albums.

However, today I choose the one and only album by the wonderful Envy & Other Sins, We Leave At Dawn, simply because – as an album – the whole thing is brilliant from start to finish with each song flowing from one to another and being well crafted. The song I wanted to play, Don’t Start Fires, doesn’t appear to have a video on YouTube or anywhere else, so I have gone for this one instead.
