Day 301: A Spectacularly Easy Day And Bill Bailey

Today has been just lovely.

It involved lunch out with a good friend and plenty of time working on the Grange Moor Brass Band website. It currently shows a holding page but there is plenty going on behind that – migrating content will take time. I plan on spending tomorrow on it and hopefully I’ll be able to break the back of the job too. The plan is to ensure that the site integrates with the Facebook page and Twitter feeds, much in the same way that this site does. Having looked at quite a few band websites, there are boxes to tick – I have them all covered, it’s just a case of organising myself.

The evening was spent in Leeds. We went for cocktails (although they were disappointing this time – they very much depend on the maker) and then to the Grand Theatre to see Bill Bailey. It’s the third time I’ve seen him and he was very good. A lovely thing for the half term.

Tomorrow should involve lots of parcels being delivered if emails are to be believed.
