Well, that was interesting… the thing I expected to happen today didn’t happen. I was all prepared as well.
Anyway, work was good today. Plenty of fabulous things going on, nothing amazing but good, solid work.
The highlight of the evening was a special geocache, one that reminds us both of why we do this hobby. It’s a fairly rare thing that one stands out as a special one, but this was just a bit different. A specially constructed fishing rod was available at the site – it was cleverly concealed and would be hidden to the majority of people too – which had to be used to grab the resulting cache. There may have been other, harder and more dangerous ways to get this cache, but this was fun.
Here’s the moment Mrs Pitts managed to hook the cache.

Fun!
