Today was the first real day back in work. It consisted of meetings and preparation time. To be honest, it was a tiring day with huge amounts of work done. None of it was terribly interesting – it was all small jobs which make the class run smoothly.
I do not feel ready to be back in class tomorrow – but I know it will all go smoothly. I just need to focus on how the day is going to run down to the minute. Right now, that isn’t in my head as solidly as I’d like. I have the outline of the day but the actual timings are still quite rough around the edges.
Actually, I don’t have my usual feeling of preparedness. It all seems to have rushed up on me this year and I don’t know why. I know that once tomorrow is done with, I won’t be fretting. All will be well.
We grabbed a cache tonight. Nothing special, just a local, straightforward one. As well as this, we scouted for possible locations for another one we’ve been planning. However nothing really stood out and, upon further investigation, the places we looked at would have been too close to other caches (there has to be a 161 metre radius around each cache). Ah well.
