Today has closely followed the pattern of yesterday. Migraine. That’s all I need to say.
I’ve spent the majority of the day asleep in one place or another, either on the sofa or in bed.
I did a little bit of work too when my head wasn’t fuggy, but nothing spectacular. As a result I still have a list of jobs to work on over the weekend and didn’t really want that.
Today is the penultimate day of August and the deadline to reach 999 caches in order to grab our 1000th by the end of August – a challenge Mrs Pitts thought we could do at the beginning of the summer holidays. I’ve been sceptical at times about whether it would be possible, but we’re within touching distance of it now and the cache that we’ve had planned for number 1000 is firmly in sight.
Anyway, three were grabbed today, filling a calendar gap and gaining our 30th souvenir of the month.
And now, since tomorrow is a busy day and my head hurts, bed.
