Day 215: Another New Cache, Day Three Of August

I’m not massively sure where today has gone. We placed a geocache today which hasn’t been published yet (GC4HV67), this will take our total up to 17 owned. That didn’t take too long to organise as we had a very good idea of where it was going to go anyway.

After that was a trip to ASDA, the highlight of which was standing next to a man near the juice who was having an argument with it – “I don’t want so much juice. I don’t have room in my fridge.” I’m unsure as to whether that was about an offer or whether he didn’t understand that individual items can be picked from the shelves… it amused me anyway. Who shouts at juice?!

On the way home we picked up a cache for today’s souvenir. I’ve decided to make a patchwork quilt style thing from the daily ones. It seems that the main souvenir isn’t going to change much apart from the count in the corner… I think that’s a shame as they could have done so much more with it.

The rest of the afternoon was taken up with some TV and working on a new type of puzzle for a future geocache project. This is a hard one and I hope it will make local cachers work!

The evening was spent with friends, Sally, Graham and Isobelle, who were chatty and good company! A nice day.
