What a long time a day can be!
The first day of the holidays can be a tricky tightrope to walk. Sure, there’s plenty to do and get done – cleaning, washing, tidying etc. – but there’s the need to rest wanting to balance it out. In the end these hours have been filled with a good mix of those things. Nothing at all interesting has happened today, but I’ve loved it.
Not much I can say can take the edge of the general blandness of this post. Sorry.
Tomorrow, the battle of the back bedroom begins…
