A lovely day full of band, work and a hospital appointment.
Both band and work were lovely – really enjoyable times. Nothing massively special about either. The main event at work is the beginning of production of recycled paper – we’ve made a pulp which is currently soaking. The paper bit will come later.
The hospital appointment was a follow up to my February half term chest pain. Nothing exciting happened there, it was very late and very quick. Basically, there’s nothing to worry about apart from the thing all medical professionals tell me, which is to lose some weight. I’m not a massively unhealthy person – I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t smoke – and I do try to eat healthily. The thing work gets in the way of is exercise. I’m not a fan of it. Geocaching was a way to get walking more and it’s worked, but right now, work is in the way of getting out there however much I’d love to.
Moving on, 143 is a good number. You may realise that it is the sum of three consecutive primes (43 + 47 + 53) but it is also the sum of seven consecutive primes (11 + 13 + 17 + 19 + 23 + 29 + 31) making it pretty special.
Also, in Formula One, at the Monaco Grand Prix, this footage was released on Valtteri Bottas‘ helmet camera. Thrilling and scary, so much more so that any game could ever portray.
