Today was planned as being a really busy day, which could have been fairly horrible but in the end has turned out ok.
I woke up a few times in the night with a cracking headache – as did Mrs Pitts in fact – and I was worried that it could turn into a migraine. Those fears were unfounded though as nothing really came of it. Unlike Mrs Pitts’ who has struggled with her head all day.
The first job of the day was to put my car in for its MOT. Now this is always a time which can go only one of two ways – all can go well and there’s a minimal hit to the bank balance, or all is catastrophic and every penny you’ve ever made (or will make) will be transferred to the garage after they discuss with you their amazement that you have actually managed to travel anywhere at all without bursting into flames. Anyway, apart from the advice that my rear tyres may become illegal eventually – not any time soon, I will add – that all went smoothly. The cost in the end wasn’t overly expensive, the labour cost matched the cost of the MOT and service though…
After that, there was a concern that Mrs Pitts would have to take her mum for a hospital appointment as patient transport may have been on strike. I don’t work well with ifs and maybes. I need to know what I’m doing. This didn’t exactly affect me, but it may have meant that getting Kit to the vets for 2 might have been difficult – especially if my car wasn’t ready from the garage in time and Mrs Pitts could still have been out… all difficult to plan around. I hate that.
The final main thing happening today was Kit going to the vet. It was her first time at the vet since we adopted her. It was her first time out of the house since we adopted her. It meant that we had to get her in her box – which she wasn’t overly keen on. The purpose of the visit was to sort out her vaccinations as we had no clue what she had been given, but it served also as a general check up for her. We found out that she still needs to get rid of her pregnant belly, that she is a little overweight at 3.6kg (she’s supposed to be 3.2kg) and that the vaccination may make her sleepy. Well, since she’s been home she’s done nothing but sleep. It’s a little worrying as she definitely isn’t herself at all. I know she’ll be OK in the end and it’s for her own good, but it’s not nice to go through.
It’s no surprise that cash loans are extremely popular in the UK nowadays. The abundance of cash loan lenders that can easily grant virtually any borrower, whether the person has a perfect credit record or not, the funding that he is looking for in the same day simply makes it an appealing choice to anyone. I will give you the best site when it comes to personal and business loans.
Poor Kit.
