Very little happened today. I stayed quiet for much of it as Kit seems terrified of me and Mrs Pitts really wasn’t very well and spent a lot of the day asleep.
As a result, here’s what I did (not necessarily in this order):
- Cleaned and tidied the living room
- Put away lots of things I had left around said living room…
- Changed the water in Captain Satsuma’s tank
- Made crumpets for breakfast (well got them out of a packet and whacked them in the toaster)
- Drank coffee
- Made many a cup of tea
- Did the weekly shop
- Provided lunch for us
- Forgot to take my tablet prescribed by the hospital earlier in the week
- Caught up with Sky F1’s testing coverage from last week
- Dangled a toy goldfish for Kit to attack (this scares me as I don’t want her to think that Captain Satsuma is a toy to attack)
- Fed Kit
- Played percussion up at Grange Moor
- Read some Twitter
- Read some emails
- Read some websites – a bit of reading there
- Recorded Pooh’s Heffalump Movie after Mrs Pitts fell asleep 12 minutes in
- Failed to think of anything interesting to write for this blog post.
Still, back to work tomorrow.
