The above title is something I get asked a lot. I find data interesting, but in its raw form it can sometimes be confusing. Infographics attempt to take raw data and display it in an organised, easy to understand way.
Like all statistics, they can be easily manipulated to suit the author’s or interpreter’s own agenda, but this is something to keep in mind when reviewing such items. In order to help make this process clearer, I found an infographic explaining infographics. Enjoy.
