I haven’t made a resolution for something I want to alter in 2017. At least, not officially.
I pretty much made a last minute decision to write on here every day in 2016 and managed it. I kept that quiet from most people because I didn’t want the attention.
A long time ago, some time when at university – I think it was 2003ish but don’t really know – I stopped drinking alcohol and purposely haven’t touched a drop since. I even tend to avoid alcohol used in foods – sauces and the like. A shame, because I love a good alcoholic trifle too!
I don’t have a problem with perseverance at all. I think that’s something to be proud of.
I have always struggled with my weight. The weight tracker on this site shows that. Since the Summer certainly, I’ve really found it hard to get it down. 2017 will see a renewal of that process and might see the graph drop as a result.
