A couple of days ago I was intrigued by a person who had tweeted me out of the blue regarding a geocaching puzzle I had written about on here (Whitespace) back in August. The person in question pointed me towards a similar puzzle called March Of The Elephants.
This was a frustrating little thing because it involved a series of elephant based questions, each one progressively more obscure than the last. The idea is that you solve them and it tells you where the location of the cache is. However, it turns out this is only the beginning and more work in the field will be required should we ever make time to grab it. It sounds like a few hours will be needed, and that’s before realising it begins in the far side of Manchester.
Anyway, that has by far been the highlight of my evening. The rest of the day pretty much involved driving and little else. Some time with friends, three caches attempted – the third one found – and quite a bit of time shopping.
Those jobs? Still not done. They will get done tomorrow. They have to.
