Tomorrow sees us begin our short break away in Chester. The laptop will be coming with me, so blogging will still happen!
In preparation for this trip – as with anywhere we end up going – caches are planned. We have a list of 72 different caches. 23 of them are puzzles, most of which are solved (not all), 2 are Earthcaches – which are designed to help you learn about geology and are quite rare now – 2 more are multi-caches, based on visiting a range of different locations in order to piece together information. The rest are traditional go and find them caches, there are 45 of them. Now, by no means am I expecting to find all of these over the next four days, but since our current target is to reach 1000 caches by the end of August, finding a large chunk of these will help. We are 172 away after all…
Today, however, Mrs Pitts has spent most of the day out at Meadowhall, so I’ve been able to catch up on some Sky+ stuff. Three Knightmare episodes, two Top Gears, and the last It’s Kevin were watched. I very rarely actually watch TV as it’s shown these days. The box always has something for me to watch.
The rest of the time was spent polishing off puzzles for the rest of the week! Which brings me full circle back to the beginning of the post…
