Today has involved cleaning, shopping, a brief cache (to continue filling up our calendar), and a tiny bit of work.
The above map shows the 105.8 miles that we have taken the Yorkshire Traveller Travel Bug over the past few months. We dropped it in the cache GC1V63W. This item only wanted to stay within Yorkshire – so why people have taken it to the Birmingham area, Chelmsford, Cornwall, London and even Denmark is beyond me.
Travel Bugs have a mission, generally geographic, occasionally to visit as many caches as possible. It seems to me that very few cachers read these goals and it’s very frustrating. We have a travel bug that is meant to stay within the UK for instance but it has currently travelled 2534 miles and is in Spain….
Still sneezing lots too.
