First of all, having a spare hour or two is not a luxury I often have. However, between the end of school – after marking the books I had – and the beginning of a meeting that began at 6:30pm, I found myself at a bit of a loose end.<\/p>\n

In the past, I would have happily whiled away the time chatting to colleagues, or finishing off some other work. Not today. \u00a0Today, in my current frame of mind, which is set to “get fit\/lose weight\/walk more”, I decided the fill that time by going for a 2 and a half mile (4.21km) walk around the area.<\/p>\n
