Mrs Pitts has had today off work with no voice. She still hasn’t got one, but is going to drag herself through the day tomorrow. I haven’t been the best of people to spend time with. If I haven’t been at work, or out, I’ve been asleep.<\/p>\n

I have got into such poor sleeping habits at the moment. I am using some herbal tablets to help me settle but they are having the effect of making me wake up regularly through the night thinking that I have had hours of sleep. Seeing my phone tell me it is 1:30am, then 2:30am too is crushingly depressing.<\/p>\n

Exhaustion is not the word to describe how I feel right now. I can’t keep my eyes open.<\/p>\n

I’m hoping a fairly clear few days will help – tomorrow for instance is looking nice with a Grange Moor<\/a> concert in the evening.<\/p>\n
