I have no clue where today has gone. Done a lot of things, seen a lot of people, but not actually made much progress on significant things. The geocache<\/a> we found today was in a lovely location. The sun setting over a small lake\/pond thing in Bradford<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Which is a shame really, as that means the weekend needs to be filled with stuff that I wouldn’t ordinarily want to fill the closing weekend of a half term<\/a> with.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, on Graham Norton<\/a>, Jeremy Paxman<\/a> was talking about his Great Uncle who died in the Great War<\/a> of World War One. And that made me think about the centenary which is clearly coming up next year. It’s a thing that is history. It’s not living memory anymore. Three quarters of a million men were killed in that war. It isn’t something to celebrate, but is something to commemorate. I’ve no idea what should be done, but it should be<\/p>\n

Today is the first of November, which means we are approaching the closing run of this project, 61 days left. It’s made me think about what to do next. I have no clue about that either.<\/p>\n

It hasn’t been a day of decisions.<\/p>\n
