This was to break our <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Geocaching\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Geocaching\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia\">geocaching<\/a> streak record. Before this July it stood at 50 days straight of finds. I wish I could remember most of these caches, but in truth, so many of them have been easy to get, fairly uninteresting caches. That is the only way to build up something like this &#8211; careful planning and thinking about your personal circumstances are key.<\/p>\n<p>Either way, it&#8217;s a wonderful achievement.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside this blog, which is clearly written every day, geocaching is something that I feel so lucky to be able to devote my time to. It&#8217;s similar to writing &#8211; some days the smallest scrap of writing will do, where nothing has happened that matters yet others will be incredible long lengths of prose&#8230; (admittedly not often these days). Some days, the caches we find are simple ones that are invisible and not wonderful &#8211; those which are necessary for the numbers.
