(February 2008)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I hate that song.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, after noticing that the last few posts have been overly long resulting in a massive front page, I&#8217;m trimmed some of the older ones down (<a href=\"http:\/\/thomasjpitts.co.uk\/hsx\/2007\/12\/lucky-soul-for-christmas-number-one.php\">Lucky Soul For Christmas Number One!<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/thomasjpitts.co.uk\/hsx\/2007\/12\/winter-photos.php\">A Selection Of Winter Photos<\/a>) for the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Soul music\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Soul_music\">soul<\/a> reason of making your life easier.<\/p>\n<p>How kind is Mr <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Xerox\" rel=\"homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.xerox.com\">Xerox<\/a> today?!<\/p>\n<p>There is a new page available. I have an <a href=\"http:\/\/thomasjpitts.co.uk\/hsx\/about.php\">&#8216;About HSX<\/a>&#8216; page now, with links to various places and handy things you might want to know. Or not.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of which, I&#8217;ve now tidied up the main page, by moving the Music section (the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Last.fm\" rel=\"homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/last.fm\">Last.fm<\/a> <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Radio\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Radio\">radio<\/a>, recently played music and so on) out of the middle column into About HSX. And I&#8217;ve also tidied up most other pages by removing all the clutter on an individual entry &#8211; the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Statistics\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Statistics\">statistics<\/a>, categories, links etc. that are found on the main blog page aren&#8217;t on any of the others. If I&#8217;ve worked things out correctly anyway!<\/p>\n<p>The final big change is the removal of the photo slide from everything but the main page too, again in the interests of decluttering.<br \/>\nSmaller changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The appearance of the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"RSS\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RSS\">RSS feed<\/a> link and the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Bloglines\" rel=\"homepage\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bloglines.com\">Bloglines<\/a> button to fit in with the rest of the far column. It always looked a litle out of place having a bullet point and the Bloglines button being right underneath. It&#8217;s subtle,but isn&#8217;t that what design is about?!<\/li>\n<li>Contact line added at the foot of each page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One thing I wanted to make but so far can&#8217;t get to work, is a page with a contact form on it.
