It’s strange how the internet works. The second most popular page on the BBC News<\/a> site isn’t from today, nor this week, month or even year, but from 27th October 2011.<\/p>\n

The page in question is titled: “7 billion people and you: What’s your number?<\/a>” It is a sort test to work out where you stand in the 7 billion (see the title for my position), my country’s\u00a0population (62,035,570) and my life expectancy<\/a> (77.4 years).
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’ve written about the face of 7 billion before<\/a> and it seems that the appetite for this figure isn’t going away!<\/p>\n

Band tonight was the penultimate rehearsal before the summer break<\/a> and I have to say was the most enjoyable one of the year. Certainly the band is sounding fabulous at the moment and I know that with a guest drummer on Sunday we will be brilliant.<\/p>\n

Work today was good too, only in during the morning and we focussed on a rehearsal for next week’s summer concert then began the final writing task for the year – a choose your own adventure thing written in PowerPoint<\/a>. Hopefully, they will come up with some interesting ideas!<\/p>\n
